Lying sacks Our car is on a recall for the back door opening. We called for an appt TWO WEEKS AGO. We live 3 hours from here. We paid over $100 for a hotel. They said it would take 5 hours to fix. Two hours later they called to say we need 2 front tires, which they have for $200. We declined. They said car was ready. When we get there, TGEY HAD NOT FIXED THE RECALLED DOOR BC THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART. BULL#@$&! They ALSO said they do 15 of these repairs PER WEEK. Then, why don't they have the part?!?! Obviously, since we refused to pay for the EXTRA service, they decided to do nothing. UNTIL- my husband called and explained it to the General mgr, man to man. SUDDENLY, they could call over to Carson City and GET THE PART! We had to rent another hotel room as the car wouldn't be ready until around 5 pm. So, moral of the story? DO NOT DEAL WITH ROCKY OR ANY OF THE SO CALLED SERVICE MGRS AS THEY APPARENTLY CAN GET NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. Only deal with the SVC mgr or the General mgr. More
