Fallon Ford-Toyota - Service Center

PD 800 Brakes 1 yr or 12,00 mi guarantee at 5 thou, NO guar I have always used Ford in CA, , needed brake service, breaks were squealing, PD the required 800.00 service fee, it took them two full days, I sat I have always used Ford in CA, , needed brake service, breaks were squealing, PD the required 800.00 service fee, it took them two full days, I sat there and waited since home was 25 miles away and they do not have courtesy drive home service.i was told it was ok to drive home and come back the next day. Brake work had a one year and /or 12,000 mile guarantee, at 5,000 mi. breaks started to squeal, I had also been bed ridden so the vehicle had not been driven for a few months, just Dr visits , when I called Fallon the lady on the phone said I'm the new manager here ,you would have to pay for new brake service, and after paying initial $120, veh inspection, what about the 12,000 mile quarantee, NOT according to her, the year had expired. She was actually loud and rude, I mentioned another associate had already called me, we she tore the coworker down Once again emphasizing her power as manager, so it was disappointing, because they are a franchised company, No other Ford company would see me for my brakes unless I paid another 800 or 1000, according to her. More

It took 8 days for Fallon ford to fix my truck after multiple times of trying to get a hold of Jacqueline and promises that she will call me right back I filed a complaint with ford motor company she was not happy about those so I get a phone call saying that I owe $418 for the work western slope ford was going to pay for this work till she told them that it was not the same repair cause she was upset that I filed a complaint I would not use the dealership as they are not honest. Again these service writers have no idea what they are doing. Also I’m have signs made to be put on all my Vehicles if you would like one for yours I’d be more and happy to pay for it signs will state that Fallon ford are liars. More

Consistently professional, courteous service I live about an hour and anhalf from Fallon Ford/Toyota. I live fifteen minutes from Capitol Ford in Carson City. The professionalism, service and courteous employees. is far better than in Carson City. More

Only half of service completed I made an appointment for an oil change and detailing of my vehicle. Due to overbooking, Fallon Ford Toyota could not complete the detailing of my ve I made an appointment for an oil change and detailing of my vehicle. Due to overbooking, Fallon Ford Toyota could not complete the detailing of my vehicle and asked that I reschedule for that portion of the service requested. When I initially made the appointment, the service department confirmed with the detailing department that the date would work for both departments. I find this to be very disappointing customer service. I am now forced to bring my car back another day, which is not convenient. More

Long wait Car was taken in on Wednesday and expected to be completed by Monday. Monday passed then promised by noon Tuesday, Tuesday passed. At 2 p.m. I called and told to be there by 5 p.m. and it would be ready. Arrived at 4:45, waited and waited and at 5:40 the Jeep was finally finished. However it was not washed as promised. Repair work was great but frustrating to be told it would be ready over and over. More

They got our truck in, even though it wasn't a Ford, accurately diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part through the fastest supplier. If I lived in the area I would buy a Ford just because their service department is awesome! More

Second time I went was because of the complimentary first service for my 4runner (which I did not purchase from this dealership), they messed up all the paperwork and then lost the paperwork. The dealership said it was going to be a few hours because they were backed up on oil changes.. but they did nothing to my 4runner aside from spraying it off which left water spots and sand puddles all over it. I will never return to this dealership or recommend it to others. More
