Fallon in Ford Toyota is one of the last honest dealerships. My family and I have been dealing with them for nearly 40 years, and purchased nearly 20 vehicles over that time. Will never use them again and will advise others to not use them as well. Sierra never calls to update you, they had my car for two months without fixing the problem. They were knowledgeable, they fixed the problem, they gave us peace of mind, they were professional, they were fair, what I thought was a bad turbo charger turned out to be a bad hose. My rig stopped running 200 miles away in the Nevada desert on a Saturday morning. Service Dept Rep Sarah was Soo professional and helpful. Very Bad Service I took my 2014 Ford Focus to Fallon Ford to have a "Known" transmission issue resolved. I had a letter from the Ford Motor Company informing me the wa I took my 2014 Ford Focus to Fallon Ford to have a "Known" transmission issue resolved. I had a letter from the Ford Motor Company informing me the warranty had been extended on the "Defective Clutch" on the automatic transmission. I arrived for my 9:30 a.m appointment and was told it may take a good part of the day. I settled in and waited. After 4:00 p.m. they informed me the defective part did Not meet the requirement to be replaced and charged me $114.00. I had previously taken the same car to a dealership in the state of Washington for the same issue and they replaced the defective clutch without any issues and told me it was a known issue and to bring it back if the problem returned. Unfortunately, when the problem recurred, I was no longer living in Washington. Long story short, Ford put these defective clutches in thousands of cars and now they and their dealerships don't want to make it good. I will never purchase another Ford product and I most definitely will never return to Fallon Ford; not even to have the air pressure in my tires checked. Finally, Sarah McQueen was the service adviser I dealt with, and while I was hopeful, her demeanor and statements upon my arrival gave me the impression they had no intention of replacing the defective clutch.
