Went in to get locks fixed on daughters car had it for three days and when they said it was done, the bring it around and one of the techs WRECKED her car.. never offered to pay for it. Keep in mind we have bought 4 car from them in the past 6 months from this dealership. Husband always went to them for oil changes and services. But again NEVER were my daughters locks were fixed and NEVER offered to fix her car when they wrecked it! Will NEVER GO BACK! More
Our car broke down near Bishop as we were traveling home to Idaho, and no one in town could fix it. I called Kevin and he said they would look at it at their first opportunity, which was a couple of weeks to Idaho, and no one in town could fix it. They were all very helpful and friendly. Vanessa was so nice, helpful and cooperative, even though I bugged her a lot. I have nothing but good things to say about their service group. What customer service! Derrida and Kevin should be praised for their customer service and commitment to Ford.
