I recently had my Toyota Rav4 Hybrid serviced at Fallon Ford-Toyota. They are by far better than both Toyota dealerships in Carson City and Reno. They were very helpful in getting an appointment set up for me. The day I came in to have my 2018 Ford Escape looked at, they were able to diagnose the issue I had and in less than 2 hours of my arrival th for me. They had to order the parts, and we scheduled another visit when they recieved the parts. I had a busy schedule so I dropped of the car in a secured area and deposited my keys as instructed. they let me pick it up after hours when it was done,and left me a token for a carwash. Scheduled my F150 for a recall repair. After drop off I received a call stating my front drivers side brake hose was leaking. Quote to repair was $900, hose, rotor, pads and hardware kit After drop off I received a call stating my front drivers side brake hose was leaking. Quote to repair was $900, hose, rotor, pads and hardware kit. Appears brake fluid ruins bolts too. Requested shop only replace hose so they could finish master cylinder recall, $307. New hose was on passenger side. No evidence of any brake fluid on any parts of wheel, brakes or hardware. Would not return and would not recommend to anyone More

I will never use Fallon Ford. I ended up declining service after they kept my F150 for 5 days. It took them 4 days to diagnose a coil pack issue. Then they quoted over $520 to fix I ended up declining service after they kept my F150 for 5 days. It took them 4 days to diagnose a coil pack issue. Then they quoted over $520 to fix it. I changed the coil pack and all spark plugs myself which took about an hour. Fallon Ford lied about the timeframe for diagnosis and how the engine codes work. They made it a big deal but the guy at Napa took about 30 seconds to tell me which coil pack and spark plug was fouled. The business model of Fallon Ford is equal to the crooks at Corwin Ford in Reno. They prey on people that don’t understand how cars work and trust that dealerships are trustworthy and professional. Fallon Ford tries to act all “small town” but they are really unethical and are in business to take your money. I realize that this review will not see the light of day. Fallon Ford doesn’t have the guts to let this get published. More
