We bought a 2020 Ford Super Duty Lariat from Fallon Ford Toyota. We dealt with Jimmy Chicola. It was worth our time to drive to Fallon to deal with this outstanding dealership. He was able to speak with us on a personal level to find out exactly what we were looking for and made many helpful suggestions. He was very flexible and helped to guide us to a vehicle that met our expectations and dreams. We got everything we wanted and more. We didn’t feel like we had to settle for anything. Very Bad Service I took my 2014 Ford Focus to Fallon Ford to have a "Known" transmission issue resolved. I had a letter from the Ford Motor Company informing me the wa I took my 2014 Ford Focus to Fallon Ford to have a "Known" transmission issue resolved. I had a letter from the Ford Motor Company informing me the warranty had been extended on the "Defective Clutch" on the automatic transmission. I arrived for my 9:30 a.m appointment and was told it may take a good part of the day. I settled in and waited. After 4:00 p.m. they informed me the defective part did Not meet the requirement to be replaced and charged me $114.00. I had previously taken the same car to a dealership in the state of Washington for the same issue and they replaced the defective clutch without any issues and told me it was a known issue and to bring it back if the problem returned. Unfortunately, when the problem recurred, I was no longer living in Washington. Long story short, Ford put these defective clutches in thousands of cars and now they and their dealerships don't want to make it good. I will never purchase another Ford product and I most definitely will never return to Fallon Ford; not even to have the air pressure in my tires checked. Finally, Sarah McQueen was the service adviser I dealt with, and while I was hopeful, her demeanor and statements upon my arrival gave me the impression they had no intention of replacing the defective clutch.
