I waited 5 hours to be told it was a thermostat that needed to be ordered. Then went back for 4 hours to install. I have been a customer of Fallon Ford for 25+ Years. In that time I have purchased four new vehicles amounting to over $150,000 in purchases (Ford Expedition, Mustang, Ford Excursion and Ford Explorer. He that time I have purchased four new vehicles amounting to over $150,000 in purchases (Ford Expedition, Mustang, Ford Excursion and Ford Explorer. Heretofore I was very happy and that was why I went back. Cory Munoz (Salesman) was a newcomer to me and I was very pleased with him. However, I was extremely disappointed in Joe DeAloia, the Sales Manager. He was rude, arrogant, dismissive and NOT helpful. In my opinion, he was disingenous to the border of dishonesty. If Cory were to leave and go to another Ford Dealership I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. If Joe DeAloia were to quit or be fired I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Fallon Ford Toyota. However, as long as Joe DeAloia is at Fallon Ford, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them and I will NOT recommend them to anyone else. More
