I went in to Fallon Auto Mall looking for a vehicle for my sister and brother-in-law. I was greeted by a courteous and friendly salesman Joe. The five other dealerships I stopped to see did not follow up on my inquiry. It could be the other five did not want to waste their time on a sale that likely could not happen. Joe took personal interest in my inquiry and I became interested in two quality vehicles FAM had in stock. I was impressed with Joe's professional salesmanship ability. It takes a certain amount of persistence to convince me to make a purchase like a car or truck. Joe has a balanced ability to do his job for his employer and have the customer leave with pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. I did buy a vehicle for myself and I will continue looking for the perfect pickup for my sister. I will be watching the inventory at Fallon Auto Mall with regard to my sisters needs. I would recommend this dealership and it will be the first stop for me when I am in the market for another vehicle. Joses was very professional in the financial paper work. All in all this was a very pleasant experience. After finding a small issue with the vehicle I bought I returned to Fallon Auto Mall and discussed my concerns. In Dec, he special ordered a new 2012 F150 to my specifications, and then kept me posted frequently as to its delivery status. When it arrived in February 2012, he called me first thing in the morning and I picked it up that same day. Greg and Joe were very proficient in handling the paperwork, going over the vehicle features, and provided a personal and professional attitude. The only downside was they couldn't offer me the amount I wanted for a trade in. More
