I am happy with my car but I think I paid a little too much. Joe was nice and got us all the payments we wanted with zero down.I recently brought a friend in we had a different salesman his name was Joe also he was super nice and we told him what are payments could be a month so he showed us some cars and he rode with us the first time and let us go by ourselves to test drive 2 more cars.The car we liked was a 2002 Toyota Avalon we went inside and talked to Spencer he was nice we discussed price and told him what the payment range per month could be.After some misunderstanding we finally made a deal and are very happy with the car I am just waiting on the $100 referral that was promised.Over all the experience was good we are taking the car on vacation and will see how it does hopefully I will have some spending money before I go. More

Easy going sale. Bought a Tundra and traded in a Diesel Ford. Enjoyed the process and found it to be pretty fast. Was told I was all set, wanted me to sign the contract. I wanted to think about it. I came back a few days later with questions, they would not tell me what the interest rate would be, I asked what a exte I wanted to think about it. I came back a few days later with questions, they would not tell me what the interest rate would be, I asked what a extended warranty would cost, they would not tell me, I asked what the monthly payments would be, they could not tell me. When I was in the first time they gave me a rate and monthly payment, now nothing. They left me sitting in the showroom for nearly an hour without telling what was going on. When I first came into the dealership I had to go to the office to ask about the car, they didn't want to be bothered coming out of the office. After telling me I was financed all of a sudden they were having trouble financing the loan. They are underhanded and shady, that is the best I can say for Fallon Auto Mall. More

They didn't play any games and it was difinitely the most enjoyable experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe DeAloia was great when it came time to sign. He fully expained the benefits of the products they offered but did not pressure me into anything. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
