My family recently relocated to Fallon and were looking to purchase a used truck. We were driving by after going into town to purchase other items and decided to stop by and see what used trucks were avai to purchase a used truck. As we entered the lot, we were approached by Phil(the one with the cowboy hat). He was very warm and welcoming as we informed him of what our intent was. To our surprise we left that afternoon with a new used truck and the service at this dealership was great. We are from the big city and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the small town dealership. After the first of the year, we will be back to purchase a smaller car for commuting. Phil was amazing and accommodating,he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Dave also did a great job. He accompanied us on our test drive and both Phil and Dave were knowledgeable about the trucks and what they didn't know off hand were able to find out for us without any delay. More

After searching online and other dealers, I went to Fallon Auto Mall. I started talking to Greg and told them that I didn't want a lot of hassle. I decided on the truck, but due to circumstances, I tol Fallon Auto Mall. I started talking to Greg and told them that I didn't want a lot of hassle. I decided on the truck, but due to circumstances, I told them it would be a couple weeks before I could buy. I also told Greg that I didn't want to be stalked until I was ready. Greg and the rest of this dealership respected my request, and didn't bother me until I was ready. I wanted to trade two vehicles and finance through my bank and Greg told me what I needed. I showed up and there were no surprises, no add-ons, and no hassles. I would recommend this dealer to other military members. More

About three years ago, I met a gentleman named Brad from Fallon Toyota. I was trying to trade in the used Honda accord and just wanted to see just how much his dealership was willing to pay. Previously, I have tried Reno Toyota for trade-in price and had a pretty good idea of how much I would be upside down. Well to my surprise, his estimate came far better than my expectation. I should have bought the car there from him at that time. Well I didn’t. That’s because I imagined the guy was just pulling my leg and may play hardball with sales later. And since I was pretty skeptical about Fallon in general, I thought to myself what good could come out of Fallon anyway and went to Carson, for they seemed to have pretty big inventory. So I have ended up with the Carson Toyota, which lied about the tax credit, made a bogus promise that they would match Brad’s offer, and made me sign the document that says no sales person will be held liable for what they have said. And on top of it all, I was dumb enough to buy two cars from them. Afterwards I have met some business folks in Reno that used to tell me that one good thing about Fallon is the Toyota dealership. I even overheard the conversation from some folks in Reno that have said the same thing. Well I thought they were crazy. Then the time has changed where I do not need two cars anymore since I do not need to travel to CA as often as before. Since I live in Fallon and still remembered Brad, I thought to stop by to thank him for the offer he has made in the past and tried to see if I could get some good deals on the new vehicle. Instead I met Ron since the day I have stopped by was his day off. And he was a heck of a surprise. There were three things that impressed me. First the pricing. Somehow he figured out the price range I wanted and offered the kind price that I couldn’t resist. He even correctly guessed how much I make from one of my current contracts. He said all the correct words I wanted to hear so I didn’t have to say much other than yes or no. Secondly I was pleasantly surprised at how expeditious Ronny and Ron were with getting the paperwork prepared. All I had to was to sign. They did most of the paperwork. I had to take the pen away from Ron for a while to write my email address so that at least I can feel that I am actually in the process of filling out some important forms. The wait was very short. In fact I was the one that delayed their process. Lastly there was no wheeling and dealing. I have always felt bad saying no to all the bells and whistles that the dealership offers and almost always got into arguments as to why the finance amount comes out so much higher than what was quoted initially. Well I guess Ronny figured out that I don’t want to be bothered with such and he didn’t offer me anything other than necessary paperwork for the purchase and trade-ins. What was quoted initially by Ron turned out to be a bit off however, I must admit, for I ended up paying less than his original quote. Words cannot describe how I much have enjoyed working with both of them. There were so many other good things that have taken place but if I were to describe them all, I would end up writing a term paper so I will just keep my comments short. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car. I had pleasant experience with Ron, Brad, and Ronny and I hope you expreience the same in the near future. More
