Took my Lexus in for routine service. They performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and provided me with a printout that identified the key components. Brakes are needing to be replaced soon as does the air filter and gave me an approximation of how long this type of service takes. We scheduled an appointment for a few weeks out. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Before leaving the service technician gave me a token to use at a local car wash. Nice touch. More
