My visit was extremely pleasurable. Milt wasn't pushy, he was very helpful with all of my wants. I heard many good things about the new 2014 highlander. But I already own a highlander and It is still considered new to me, It's only a year and a half old. I bought it from Fallon Auto Mall. When I was in Reno area a couple of days ago I have decided to stop by Reno Toyota to find out how much I can get for the trade in on my current vehicle so that I can decide whether or not it would be even wise to look for a new vehicle. Well I was presented with the credit application and was asked to provide my driver's license, since the sales person said it would take about an half an hour to come up with an estimate of the trade in value and thus he wanted to save time for me by getting both process started at the same time. Well that's not the way I wanted to buy the car. Well I left. I did not see why I have to give my personal information away just to get an appraisal for my vehicle. Two days later I decided to try Fallon Auto Mall one more time. All I wanted was to find out how much I can get for trade in.Here is where Fallon was different from Reno. Kenny did exactly what I have asked for. He then asked for the vehicle that I was interested in and Ronny ran some number on spot and gave me a good understanding of what the payment would look like. And no drivers license and no credit app. paperwork. Well that is exactly what I wanted. And numbers they presented made a lot of sense, although it was not the price range I wanted to see. So I thanked Kenny for his time spent and and wanted to say Ronny hi and bye before leaving since he is the gentleman that helped me greatly last time with my previous purchase of 2012 highlander. When I was about to say bye, Ronny asked me if I was close to making a deal. I said no, and I am sure he understood. Well he worked his voodoo or something and got the number working to the level I wanted to see. I just couldn't believe what he did. To make a long story short, I was able to trade my highlander in for the full payoff amount and got a very low APR for the new highlander. with nothing down. It truly warmed my heart when Ronny said I was like his family and treated me like a real family member. In all, the whole process took less than a half an hour and I am now with a new highlander. There is not much to buy in Fallon other than some dairy product, some fruits, alfalfa and hays, and Toyota. If you are serious about buying a new Toyota, want to be treated like a real human being and not some number, and work with sales people that actually understand what you want, Give Fallon a try. More

We needed to purchase a new vehicle that would fit the adventerous needs of our family, because the reliability of our old suburban. Milt and the team at fallon auto mall where very patient and really went out of they're way to find us the truck that fit our needs in the price range we could afford, which included getting the truck we wanted from another ford dealership because they didnt have the exact model we wanted in they're stock. The experience was nice change to the imtimidating scare tack ticks we have experienced at other dealerships. Becuase of they're amazing customer service we were able to get the options we wanted with out paying for the ones we didnt need. When we picked up the truck they took the time to detail it and fill it up with gas, which was not the way it was supplied to them from the other dealership. Also they took the time to explain all the features and help us set up the phone link capabilities that niether my wife or I have ever had experience with. I have already started recommending them to all of our friends and family. I dont think we will ever go to a different dealership again! More

I went in there on 10/22 and they gave me a price and price they were going to pay me 15000 and I signed 10/23 I showed up with my truck to trade in they stated o we input the wrong info well I called th price they were going to pay me 15000 and I signed 10/23 I showed up with my truck to trade in they stated o we input the wrong info well I called the general manager Tim and Tim stated I'll call u back in a hour I never got a call so I called him will he was at lunch not even worry about the deal well he called me back 3 hours later and proceeded to cuss me out in front of my 68 year old mother and then hung up on me I've called multiple times to talk to the owners and they won't let me they send me to Tim the genral manager will I put a yelp review on them its not there any more now one of the employees Joe deloga put a good review stating he bought a vehicle from them its kinda funny I was the only review yesterday now multiple reviews on there from there friends family and employees what this company fails to realize what they did to me was against the law and now deleting my review is against the law. They have no morals ethics or respect. They are lyers cheaters and xxxxx. I don't recommend. Nobody goes here for you car. More
