Reno didn't have the car, they were going to charge a very expensive dealer to dealer charge, kept adding additional pricey upgrades we didn't ask for, kept us waiting for a long time, did not come down on their price until we showed them the exact same car at a different location for 3K cheaper from our phone, and their service attitude could use some improvements. When we went to Fallon Auto Mall, they were able to find the car we wanted, no additional charges, no dealer to dealer fee, and their attitude was awesome. When the car came in, we did not wait long to sign papers. Jimmy made sure we were entertained for our wait by showing me all the features my new car offered and making sure my phone was connected to the car's bluetooth feature. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was never any pressure to buy something we didn't want or any phony car salesman persona. More
