I do understand that a car lot is in the business of making money, however, they were not very flexible in my upside situation. I knew 'KBB' situation of my car to include their future sales of my car. They were only flexible a 'little' when it came to my debt; I have delt with other car dealers that were much more flexible with debt. So, I just got a vehicle that meets my needs, but I am already in an upside situation again, to a very high negative number. Other than that, they were friendly, attentive and flexible with my schedule. More
