I will never use Fallon Ford. I ended up declining service after they kept my F150 for 5 days. It took them 4 days to diagnose a coil pack issue. Then they quoted over $520 to fix I ended up declining service after they kept my F150 for 5 days. It took them 4 days to diagnose a coil pack issue. Then they quoted over $520 to fix it. I changed the coil pack and all spark plugs myself which took about an hour. Fallon Ford lied about the timeframe for diagnosis and how the engine codes work. They made it a big deal but the guy at Napa took about 30 seconds to tell me which coil pack and spark plug was fouled. The business model of Fallon Ford is equal to the crooks at Corwin Ford in Reno. They prey on people that don’t understand how cars work and trust that dealerships are trustworthy and professional. Fallon Ford tries to act all “small town” but they are really unethical and are in business to take your money. I realize that this review will not see the light of day. Fallon Ford doesn’t have the guts to let this get published. More

I have lived in Fallon for about 4 years now. I have passed by Fallon Ford Toyota a plethora of times. This dealership is in a smaller town. There for one bad experience is able to spread like poison ivy. However on day I called up the dealer and reached Vince. His voice was full of energy and excitement. When we arrived we were looking at a truck. However Vince helped us find a more suitable vehicle for my larger family. He was very straightforward with our trade in. Then really had everything ready. The reason we were there so long is I am not of a talker. Vince was awesome and I would come back because of his attitude and honesty. More

Such an easy morning , walked in Fallon Toyota at 9 am and had the pleasure of meeting Vince, who is very likeable knowledgeable and just a cool guy who proceeded to treat my wife and I like royalty and i and had the pleasure of meeting Vince, who is very likeable knowledgeable and just a cool guy who proceeded to treat my wife and I like royalty and in 35 minutes we were in are beautiful 2024 Corolla with a smile from ear to ear!!!
