Such an easy morning , walked in Fallon Toyota at 9 am and had the pleasure of meeting Vince, who is very likeable knowledgeable and just a cool guy who proceeded to treat my wife and I like royalty and i and had the pleasure of meeting Vince, who is very likeable knowledgeable and just a cool guy who proceeded to treat my wife and I like royalty and in 35 minutes we were in are beautiful 2024 Corolla with a smile from ear to ear!!! Awesome people awesome dealership!!! They had my first maintenance of the vehicle scheduled before we left the showroom, which is lovely!! I brought truck in for an emissions recall because I couldn’t register my truck in ca. Iunderstand they are in nv but I can’t be the only ca customer with the closing of bishop ford I went to dmv and di couldn’t register my truck in ca. Iunderstand they are in nv but I can’t be the only ca customer with the closing of bishop ford I went to dmv and didn’t have the right form I called back and got they pleaded ignorance. I had to drive to Ridgecrest where the dealer was kind enough to fill out the form. If I had known that in advance I would have just gone there in the first place. Next I cancelled the transfer case service when I arrived. Guy said no problem but they did it anyway because “Greg screwed up but I can’t charge you” I was so impressed I didn’t check my bill. Big mistake not only did they charge me but they charged me for a diesel filter to service the transfer case. Lesson learned More
