Only half of service completed I made an appointment for an oil change and detailing of my vehicle. Due to overbooking, Fallon Ford Toyota could not complete the detailing of my ve I made an appointment for an oil change and detailing of my vehicle. Due to overbooking, Fallon Ford Toyota could not complete the detailing of my vehicle and asked that I reschedule for that portion of the service requested. When I initially made the appointment, the service department confirmed with the detailing department that the date would work for both departments. I find this to be very disappointing customer service. I am now forced to bring my car back another day, which is not convenient. More

HORRIBLE ! A NIGHTMARE ! TREATED VERY BADLY AFTER SALE. Long wait Car was taken in on Wednesday and expected to be completed by Monday. Monday passed then promised by noon Tuesday, Tuesday passed. At 2 p.m. I called and told to be there by 5 p.m. and it would be ready. Arrived at 4:45, waited and waited and at 5:40 the Jeep was finally finished. However it was not washed as promised. Repair work was great but frustrating to be told it would be ready over and over. More

Ran over cat's tail noise heard from front of vehicle. While driving home from my CPA I experience a cat tail under the Rocker noise and grinding coming from the front of My F150. I thought it may be a bre While driving home from my CPA I experience a cat tail under the Rocker noise and grinding coming from the front of My F150. I thought it may be a break or wheel bearing. When the noise subsided I felt I could drive the vehicle home to take I to Fallon Ford. Upon arrival at Fallon Ford I was met by Miss Jacqueline who made up the work order, and arranged for a ride home while the work was done. When completed I was picked and returned where she advised that after removing the wheels inspecting the back plates no issues were found Miss Jacqueline was very professional and helpful, pleasant and cheerful to talk too. With no issues found I concluded that I was hearing my subconscious voice of seeing the CPA's IRS results. More
