At the dealership I showed the service advisor who then showed the shop foreman who said they would order a new knee bolster. I was informed the part wasn’t available and since then I tried calling to find out what the resolution would be. The service advisor texted me on her personal phone didn’t call me, so I asked again what the resolution would be and haven’t heard back for months. I’m very disappointed that after just a few days I’ve been forgotten. It should be their business model to at least stay in touch with a customer if their is an issue no matter how small. As of now I wouldn’t recommend Fallon Ford unless the rectify the situation. More

PD 800 Brakes 1 yr or 12,00 mi guarantee at 5 thou, NO guar I have always used Ford in CA, , needed brake service, breaks were squealing, PD the required 800.00 service fee, it took them two full days, I sat I have always used Ford in CA, , needed brake service, breaks were squealing, PD the required 800.00 service fee, it took them two full days, I sat there and waited since home was 25 miles away and they do not have courtesy drive home service.i was told it was ok to drive home and come back the next day. Brake work had a one year and /or 12,000 mile guarantee, at 5,000 mi. breaks started to squeal, I had also been bed ridden so the vehicle had not been driven for a few months, just Dr visits , when I called Fallon the lady on the phone said I'm the new manager here ,you would have to pay for new brake service, and after paying initial $120, veh inspection, what about the 12,000 mile quarantee, NOT according to her, the year had expired. She was actually loud and rude, I mentioned another associate had already called me, we she tore the coworker down Once again emphasizing her power as manager, so it was disappointing, because they are a franchised company, No other Ford company would see me for my brakes unless I paid another 800 or 1000, according to her. More
