They're on the verge of losing my business. They never have my paperwork ready when servicing my vehicle. They are terrible at communication. They probably expect me to pay another diagnostic fee despite their inability to fix my vehicle. More

After many vehicle purchases The best professional no pressure sale. Bottom line. Purchased another vehicle from another dealer and different brand of pick up. What a mistake sorry transaction, I wish I bought from Fallon Ford-Toyota. The Chevrolet dealer doesn't compare at all to the professional salesman at Fallon Ford-Toyota. I will probably sell that new 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD pick up. And go to Fallon Ford-Toyota for another pick up that isn't a dis appointment. Vehicle and dealership. I recently had my Toyota Rav4 Hybrid serviced at Fallon Ford-Toyota. They are by far better than both Toyota dealerships in Carson City and Reno.
