Well let me start by saying I didn’t buy a car from them. So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which was fine. Service dept was less than great with the communication and even when I tried to talk to the service manager he never called me back. After them having my car for two weeks it is finally fixed. The work done is good and seems to have fixed the issues I had. But the time it took to get answers and basically made me feel like I was harassing them to get an answer about my car. I don’t think it was Tony’s fault I would more blame the service manager as I didn’t even talk to him and I tried to talk to him at least 3 or 4 times. I will never take my car here again nor would I buy a car from them. In conclusion the service dept can only be as good as the manager running it and I think it falls way short of being more than 2 stars. More

Great customer service. I walked into the wrong side of the building, the team stopped what they were doing, and personally escorted directly to the company rep that I neede I walked into the wrong side of the building, the team stopped what they were doing, and personally escorted directly to the company rep that I needed to speak with. Very professional and pleasant team. The company rep that scheduled our meeting, helped adjust the scheduling last minute that morning, and gave me arguably the most detailed walkthrough of the vehicle that I was picking up - including setting my phone up and connecting it the vehicle for me. She made my morning, and that kind of service isn't so common nowadays. Just wanted to say thanks Betsy! More
