My 2nd time doing a deal here, and looking forward to a 3rd when the time comes. Quick and easy. With me coming from out of town, he was willing to set up the majority of the deal before my arrival to shorten the amount of time spent at the dealer on the dale of sale. I spoke with Amanda while I was waiting at the dealership. She seemed to be very enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and was excited to talk about the BRZ with me. Jon made the finance portion a breeze and we were in and out of his office in approximately 30 minutes or less. Didn't try to push us into unnecessary products or things I wasn't interested in. Betsy was my Love-Encore Delivery Specialist and was a delight to talk to about my new BRZ. Answered all my questions with ease. More
