We worked with Amanda. She went above and beyond to make sure we got into the car we wanted. When there was an issue with the car, she made sure it was fixed correctly. Well let me start by saying I didn’t buy a car from them. So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which was fine. Service dept was less than great with the communication and even when I tried to talk to the service manager he never called me back. After them having my car for two weeks it is finally fixed. The work done is good and seems to have fixed the issues I had. But the time it took to get answers and basically made me feel like I was harassing them to get an answer about my car. I don’t think it was Tony’s fault I would more blame the service manager as I didn’t even talk to him and I tried to talk to him at least 3 or 4 times. I will never take my car here again nor would I buy a car from them. In conclusion the service dept can only be as good as the manager running it and I think it falls way short of being more than 2 stars. More

They were competent and friendly. They did all that they had to do, or were asked to do. They did not give you the feeling that they were thinking of ways to help you, make the transf They did all that they had to do, or were asked to do. Again, to be fair, if you asked they helped you out. It felt like they had another appointment soon, and they needed to get free for that. They were not rude, but sort of made you feel that you were somehow being rude or inconvenient. If I were the manager buying vehicles, not just a person picking up a fleet vehicle for use, I am sure it would have been different. More
