Faiths is a great small town dealer not like those city dealers that don't care about the customers just how much can they take advantage of you I've purchased 2 vehicles now used and new from faiths. I am very disappointed Faith's Toyota did not adhere to the agreement we had in support of my purchase of a used 2019 Toyota Camry. I purchased before the vehicle had been through the Faith Toyota service the agreement we had in support of my purchase of a used 2019 Toyota Camry. I purchased before the vehicle had been through the Faith Toyota service assessment so the obviously worn tires were still on the vehicle. Upon my purchase we had an agreement the tires would be replaced with OEM tires. Several days later when informed the vehicle was ready for delivery I asked Chris (Salesman) to confirm the tires were replaced with OEM tires. He told me the tires were Falken. I did not recognize this as and OEM and was concerned these were not OEM tires. So I proceeded to ask multiple questions requesting Chris provide information to confirm the Falken tires as OEM tires. When he could not answer my questions he got frustrated and hung up. After the conversation I did my own research using Toyotatirecenter.com (sponsored by Toyota) and found Falken tires are not OEM for the Camry. It was at this point I had serious concerns about the integrity of Toyota Faith Toyota. So I made the 2 hour drive (one way) from my house to the Faith Toyota dealership to get more info and prevent the potential of being ignored with a phone hang up. Chris changed the narrative to indicate the Falken tires met Toyota specifications for a tire. The Falken tire is much less expensive to purchase than the Toyota identified OEM tires (Bridgestone and Hancook). I know meeting specification does not mean the tire will have the performance of an OEM tire so I continued to challenge the lack of adherence to our agreement. Chris stated the situation was "take it or leave it" and he would accept my cancellation of the sale as he had other customers who had expressed interest to buy this car. And this position was endorsed by the Sales Manager. I took the car for a test drive to confirm there were no abnormal issues with vibration, alignment, etc. I found there were no such issues. It is clear as documented, the Falken tires will not have the same high level of handling performance as the OEM tires. However given the choice presented by Chris I begrudgingly moved forward with accepting delivery. I did not find this to be a good experience and I would caution future customers of integrity issues with Faith's Toyota. More

Everything was fine except that the service needed light was not reset. This is not the first time this has happened. I showed up they had me scheduled a different day. It was they’re mistake. They got me in still. They asked if I called ahead to make sure they’re was a rental available. I would give a negative stars review if I could, but they don't allow for that. They are the worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
