I normally don't write reviews but I feel this one needs to be done I recently had a issue with my truck I contacted Wayne in the service dept He went above and beyond and had my truck in the next day He an to be done I recently had a issue with my truck I contacted Wayne in the service dept He went above and beyond and had my truck in the next day He and his mechanic Chris dx the problem in a short time and determined it was crucial need to fix item for safety Wayne kept me informed through out the whole procedure and let me know that it was going to be a little more than suggested cost Which I am fine with The service dept was nothing but courteous and professional I was never talked down to and was treated with respect My whole experience from start to finish was nothing but great They have earned a come back customer from here on out To many times these big dealerships feel they can rake you over the coals You wont find that here dealing with these folks I highly recommend checking them Out big shout out to Chris the mechanic ! and the rest as well Thanks Ernie Frost More

I purchased a vehicle less than 24 hours ago from this dealer it was delivered with one key missing which is a very expensive key for the ignition and an expired plate on it. When I called the sales depar dealer it was delivered with one key missing which is a very expensive key for the ignition and an expired plate on it. When I called the sales department I got the run around and finally the sales manager told me to commit a felony by altering the registration documents and quoted me a price to purchase a new key even though his people delivered the vehicle without the two keys to the vehicle. This is disgraceful and I will be contacting an attorney and the Attorney General of the state of Vermont because of this illegal conduct. More

Completely underwhelming operation, with so many that just won't listen. Last year I just called them about a Camry, I ended up with a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV in November 2023. I have asked so many in that xxxx hole to stop texting me or calling me. They are the most ignorant dealership I have ever spoke with only. NEVER SHOULD ANYONE EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH ARROGANCE. I get calls and emails which I have put into spam, the xxxx that work there cannot hear one thing a customer would wants. Lake of fire awaits many.. Amen More

I want to start by saying my buying experience was great . The sales team had me in the vehicle we were looking for probably the quickest I have experienced at any other dealership in the past .I give A+ to . However after the sale I did not seem to be as important to them . When purchase was complete I asked about a second key as the only handed me one key .I was told the other key may be still in service department thwy would look and get back to me . I have reached out several times now trying to get a second key and still no response as to weather thwy found it or can get one . This may seem petty but I feel I should be just as important after the sale as I was when they wanted the commission. That is how you build repeat customers. More
