DO NOT USE FAIRWAY FORD SERVICE! They SUCK. I spent $777 on 4 new tires, alignment and balance. They broke my tire pressure sensor and REFUSED to fix it. I had 3 people tell me 4 They SUCK. I had 3 people tell me 4 different things: * you have a Honda, we can’t fix it * you broke the sensors because you drove on a flat. LIE!!! I came out, saw my tire was flat and it was TOWED to Fairway. * we broke the sensors replacing your tires * the battery on your sensors needs to be changed - how could he possibly know this without even looking at the sensors I bought my car here 6 years ago. Have gotten service here ever since. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN and will warn others AWAY every chance I get. More

THE WEBSITE SPELLED OUT THE OUT THE DOOR PRICING NORMALLY YOU WOULD GET S HAGEL, ALSO THEY WERE VERY TRANSPARENT ON ANY EXTRAS WHICH WAS NEGLIGIBLE. THE WEBSITE SPELLED OUT THE OUT THE DOOR PRICING NORMALLY YOU WOULD GET SURPRISED WITH WHEN VISITING OTHER DEALERS. GREAT WORKING WITH YOU ALL ON MY USED MAZDA CX5 WHICH WAS IN AMAZING CONDITION AND VERY CLEAN COMPARED TO THE SAME VEHICLE WITH THE SAME MILEAGE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD. GO ANYWHERE ELSE ! ! Our Lincoln Navigator air conditioner fan was whining, cutting in & out and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Took it here for repair. Had a bill for over ! Our Lincoln Navigator air conditioner fan was whining, cutting in & out and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Took it here for repair. Had a bill for over $400 above and beyond our Endurance insurance because they labor fees are so much over the standard book rates, and when we got in the car, the air was still warm and the “new” fan whined. We told them immediately as we hadn’t even left the lot. We were told our insurance only covered standard parts, not “Ford/Lincoln “ parts ( which were more than double the price) so they were not responsible. If we wanted it fixed, we had to pay for another appointment, another diagnostic and another round of labor fees. In other words, we would have to pay them to repair what they were JUST PAID TO REPAIR !! Where we come from we call that FRAUD ! More
