BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!! Well me and my husband bought a 2017 Ford Fusion SE from fairway ford. Was looking back through paper work and things did not add up BUYER BEWARE!!! Well me and my husband bought a 2017 Ford Fusion SE from fairway ford. Was looking back through paper work and things did not add up. The MSRP on the car was 27k. Ford was offering 5,000 dollar rebates on these. With that being said the price of the car would have been almost 23k. After taxes, title, fees and rolling in 2,200 from my husband previous car out the door should have been 26k. Well instead they didnt give us the 5,000 dollar rebate so we paid almost 32k for the car. Now its in the negative 12k. When i called in about this matter I spoke to Robbie Knobbie (Davis) about it and he remembered the rebate. Instead he said he we chose to do the 1.9% interest rate which then we would not be able to get the 5,000 dollar rebate. We were not told at all with my mom present for this deal that that would be the case. So if we did the interest rate instead we would be in the negative with this car before even leaving the dealership. I had explained to him that we would have never taken that car cause we were also told that inorder to stay in the payment we wanted we would have to to stay under 24k because my husband originally was look at the Titanium Awd fully loaded for 28k and was told we couldnt afford it. So they pulled up the base model of the fusion and said this is all we could afford in that payment. With that being said we paid the same price for the base as we would have the Titanium. Instead of Robbie Davis trying to correct their mistake he insisted about going off on me that we were wrong and that they did everything right. Speaking very rude and disrespectful towards me and refused to do anything and telling me to go ahead and call his father and that nothing will be done! BE AWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM FAIRWAY FORD AS YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH ROBBIE DAVIS SINCE HIS PARENTS OWN IT! THIS WAS A COMPLETE SCAM AND VERY ILLEGAL! PLEASE SHARE SO OTHERS DO NOT GO THROUGH THE SAME PROBLEMS AS US. CAUSE NOW WE CANT TRADE, SELL OR TRANSFER PAYMENT BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH THEY SCREWED UP THIS DEAL. WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS A JOKE! More
feeling like a fool and belittled by bigger person. I didn't even want to give them 1 star but had no choice because it wouldn't let me post if not. well where do I start... we were interested in a car I didn't even want to give them 1 star but had no choice because it wouldn't let me post if not. well where do I start... we were interested in a car at fairway. We decided after a long while of not buying our vehicles there anymore because of lies, we thought well lets try again. Well our normal sales guy wasn't there anymore so we asked for a new one. Well we decided we wanted the car. We told them we possibly had a trade. I told them to put it under myself and to do it through capital one. Well they ran it through all these other places and I asked them not to because I don't want my score to go down, well they did it anyways, and guess who financed us? Capital One who I told them to call in the first place. we were approved, duh I just paid a car off with them a year prior, that we only paid for a year on. so all these papers are flying around and a lot of sign here and sign there that my head was spinning. So we give them keys to old car and drive away with new car. Later that Saturday evening when everything calms down I go through our papers and instantly get sick to my stomach! the car we traded was a 2005 black mustang. We bought this mustang off of them back in Jan 2015 for $9759.00 with 99010 miles on it. Well like I said I had it paid off in 1 yr. (feb. 2016) well here it is.... see our normal sales people we have dealt with in the past ALWAYS!!!! told us up front what they would give us for a trade so we can decide if we still want to trade it. Well are you ready for the robbery.... after looking our papers over they only gave us $2500.00 SERIOUSLY!!! So I told my husband to call them Monday and tell them we will just finance the car with NO trade..... well they tell us they can't do that papers are already done ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! But we can sell it back to you for a small profit (SAT-MON under 48 hrs. later) for $2800.00 plus tax, title and all that xx for a grand total of $3289.00 ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! So not have that money just laying around I couldn't buy my car back and they wouldn't rewrite the loan. I would have gave that to my daughter who was going to turn 16 in June. Well I can't do that now, so now she will not have a car to even drive or practice on. Now are you ready for this..... They put it on their website for $8500.00 WOW!!!! highway robbery! wonder how many other people they are doing this too... taking advantage of hard working people. My husband has to work long hrs. to make a pay and these people just steal it out from under you... well let me say anyone that goes and buys a 2005 blk mustang that has 100,385 miles on it well guess what they made probably 5 times more on that 1 car then it is worth. The first profit when we bought it for over $9000.00 2yrs later they buy it back with less than 1000 miles on it for $2500.00. robbery!!! so now that everyone knows that they paid $2500 and is trying to sell again now for $8500. I understanding having to make money but seriously robbing from people like that... So I guess I learned a big lesson.... STAY THE xxxx AWAY FROM FAIRWAY FORD THE CROOKS. THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. I should have never gave a second chance to them. well never again. remember folks $2500 2005 black mustang. More

We were assured repeatedly that it would pull our 3000 lb. camper with NO PROBLEM. They added a hitch, which they installed at the dealership. When we picked it up the installation, we saw that they must have used a sawsall to cut the bumper. It looked horrible. We returned to the dealership where they agreed that it was unacceptable. They replaced the entire bumper with one that was factory ready for the hitch. A few days later I went to hook up the camper and saw that the hitch had been installed without all of the bolts in place. Only 4 of the 6 bolts were installed, and some had not even been tightened. We returned to the dealership AGAIN, and they apologized AGAIN and finished the installation properly. When we took the camper out for the first time, the Explorer did not downshift, even when we were not going uphill. The tach was at around 4500-5000 rpm, and the motor was screaming. Even manually shifting did not help. But we had been assured that the Explorer would pull it without fail. Now, I have pulled other campers with other vehicles in the past, and never had a problem. We are not novices at this. So back to the dealership we go AGAIN.... We explained the problem and the service manager advised that without the factory towing package, it would be unable to actually tow our camper!! Really? We couldn't have been told this BEFORE purchasing the vehicle? And since we had been assured by the Used Car Manager Aaron Meyers that towing it would definitely not be a problem, we told him that we wanted to return the vehicle. We love the Explorer and did not want to return it, but it would not do what we specifically bought it to do. We were assured that they would work with us and find us a vehicle that WOULD pull our camper. They would check around and find an Explorer with the factory towing package.....or find us a truck instead....no worries, they assured us over and over again. We waited to hear that they had found a vehicle. Weeks went by. No contact from the dealership. Every time I stopped in to see them they kept assuring me that they would find something. Finally we were tired of waiting. Several months had gone by. And they never kept their promises to look for another vehicle for us. Their communication skills are severely lacking! Finally we went into the dealership AGAIN and said that we just want to return the vehicle and get our money back, only to be told by Used Car Manager Aaron Meyers that they would give us $7000 less than we paid only 4 or 5 months ago. They had no interest in giving us anywhere near what we paid for the vehicle. And we were told that the value had come down and he couldn't lose money on the deal. Apparently he had no problem with US losing $7000 for THEIR MISTAKE. We will NEVER do business with them again. And we have purchased new vehicles from them in the past. And they did all our service work in the past. No longer. The service department has lost our trust in their ability to complete even the most simple task. And the management of the dealership has no ethics. Every time I hear their commercials saying "the Fairway" I want to puke. What a joke. Beware consumers. Don't let this happen to you. Our salesman was Keith McMurray. We really liked him and could tell that he felt terrible about the way that the upper management was treating us. But there was nothing he could do. More

I'm used My experience at your service department was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so very much for your kindness and great service. I'm used to being ignored and given an attitude when getting an oil change. Because of that, I decided to try Fairway Ford. I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work. I'll be back for my next oil change AND I'll tell everyone how great you are! More
