Truck Shopping Made Easy I knew the vehicle and desired options I was looking for and shopped using online services that ultimately pointed me to a truck at Fairway Ford. The I knew the vehicle and desired options I was looking for and shopped using online services that ultimately pointed me to a truck at Fairway Ford. The information on the website was very complete and informative. When I contacted them by phone, I was connected with Jaison Bryant who confirmed the vehicle was still available and had the options I was seeking. When we arrived at Fairway Ford the next day after traveling over 200 miles, Jaison met us and allowed us to test drive the truck on our own. He was great to work with and we quickly reached agreement. Sam Cain then walked us efficiently through all of the required paperwork and was also very helpful and open. The truck was prepped and ready to go when we finished the paperwork. Total time from arrival to driving away in our "new to us" truck was less than two hours! Overall, it was a great experience with no pressure and everyone was very friendly, open and straight-forward and we are very pleased with our new truck. Jaison, Sam and the Fairway Ford team made this long-distance, web-based shopping experience easy and positive. More
