The transaction all took place over the phone and I had the deal done in less than 1 hour including getting my trade appraised. And I think I got a great deal! I worked with Steve on alk the paperwork. He explained everything well and didn't pressure me to buy extras. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful.
