FANTASTIC! I walked into this dealer after a horrible experience with another dealer in Cleveland. And really wish I had started here. I asked to see a f150 they had online and asked for straight answers and a price that they wouldn’t have to run back and forth to their finance office with. I wanted bottom line the first time. Mark jung was the man. Not only did he do everything I asked for without any other BS he did more. He is how a car salesman is supposed to be. He’s the reason I made the purchase here. Checked out some other versions of the car (2018 Mustang Shelby GT350) at other dealers and then called to tell Jamison that I wanted to move forward if they would ‘throw in the car cover’. He replied that it already came with the cover (he could have said ‘sure’, we can do that but was honest). When I came to sign the paperwork, all was in order and no pressure to upsell with add-ones (although offered). Showed me how to operate Electonics, features and even paired my phone.
