Fairway Ford has been family-owned and operated since 1966. We are located in the heart of the Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina. We have a committed and dedicated staff with many years of experience in satisfying our customers' needs. Our dealership sells a wide variety new Ford models including the F-series, Bronco, Mustang, Explorer, Escape, Expedition, and Edge near Easley and Greer. In addition to new Ford vehicles, we sell a selection of used vehicles and Commercial Fleet Ford Vehicles. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Alexandra. We are disappointed to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, there was another customer interested in the same vehicle at the time. We also had a headlight on order that was canceled at the last moment, which required us to place a second order. After speaking with our Used Car Manager, it appears the initial trade offer was provided prior to a full in person inspection. Once the vehicle was on site, our General Sales Manager completed a second appraisal based on its condition.
