Great experience even from out of state! My current lease was nearing the end and I had started my search for the next vehicle early on. After months of searching I finally came across the ex My current lease was nearing the end and I had started my search for the next vehicle early on. After months of searching I finally came across the exact vehicle searching online at Power GM in East Liverpool. When I say exact, I mean the exact thing down to every last option I wanted. I happen to live out of state, but I had to have this truck. I worked with Jacob "Jake" Falkner to iron out the deal I wanted. It was an easy process as they had the exact truck I wanted, and they met the lease terms I was looking for. The paperwork that was priority over-nighted both ways (at no cost) was clearly labeled for me to complete even though I never stepped foot into the dealership. Delivery was handled out of pocket using their (and now my highly) recommended vehicle transporter. The truck was delivered far faster than I had anticipated and working with Jake was simply fantastic. He was professional through and through, and made this the smoothest leasing experience I have ever had, even better than when I leased my previous truck from my neighbor who owned their own GM Dealership. If you are in the market for a new vehicle give the team at Power Chevrolet Buick GMC the opportunity to win your business. You will not be disappointed! More

worst dealership ever Come on wouldn't you expect a dealership to return calls or answer messages not this one. I have never in my life seen a dealership or an owner of a Come on wouldn't you expect a dealership to return calls or answer messages not this one. I have never in my life seen a dealership or an owner of a dealership care less about customers then this one. People need to read some of these reveiws and avoid this dealership. You might get waited on if you go and buy a car but don't expect anything ever passed that point they have gm and sales managers and not one can correct anything and the owner of this dealership is worst then them and thats hard to belevie but its true. And if you ever need proof let me know can post pics and other stuff. Hope that people read and take my advise go elsewhere where owner cares about customer if you think this dealership cares ask them to speak to owner for any reason and he'll never call you answer any calls must be a real nice guy huh? More

Horrible service department I dropped off my car for a coolant line repair. I received a call three hours after the car was supposed to be started saying that the price would be I dropped off my car for a coolant line repair. I received a call three hours after the car was supposed to be started saying that the price would be double what I was quoted. When I asked why such an increase they told me that the girl who quoted the price didn’t know what she was talking about and that I should have talk to a mechanic. I didn’t know getting a quote from a mechanic was an option. I just assumed that the girl in the service department would know how to quote a price. When I picked up my car it was parked over a handful of stainless steel screws and the coolant reservoir was filled to the point of damaging the car. I requested they remedy the situation and received attitude from the service manager and technician. I will never use this service again. More
