From the time we entered the premises we were treated with respect and friendliness. The salesman gave us an excellent test drive fully explaining the features of the 2013 Chevy Malibu Eco. The over all experience was excellant. The only negive comment is that when we were contacted to pick up our Green Sheet, the sheet contained numerous mistakes which were lined ou and then corrected. At the DMV office Clark county Laughlin, the officals made a comment that it was poorly prepaired ( worsed thery had seen) which caused a delay in completing out fees and registration. I have had the pleasure of meeting the two most friendliness people at a dealership. First off, you hear horrible stories of woman going to a car lot by themself, and being taking advantage of. First I was recommended to Judd, and he greeted me with such a warm smile, he has his partner Sam take me and a close friend of mine on a test drive for several and trucks without any hesitation. Mind you we were both woman. When we finally made it back to the car lot, Sam was over his 8 hr work schedule by a hour , once I found that out, I told him we can picked this up the next day to finish. Sam stated " no this is my job, of which he enjoys, and it was his pleasure to help m no matter how long it took". At that point I knew my " NEW CAR PURCHASE" WOULD NOT TAKE PLACE NO WHERE ELSE BUT THERE.... Needless to say, I purchase a new chevy cruse!!!!! So Sam, James And Judd....... I would like to personally thank you from the bottom of my heart. I actually didn't buy anything from this dealership, but only because they did not have what I was looking for. I am from California and in my search for our new vehicle, Fairway was one of the dealerships only because they did not have what I was looking for. At the start, when I found out that this dealership was in another state, I told them that it is highly unlikely that we would purchase a vehicle from them. However, instead of cutting off all communication with us, Mark proceeded to help me in my search and gave me great sources and information. I think that if they are willing to do this much for someone who already told them that we would NOT buy from them, I can only imagine how far they will go to help someone who is considering buying a vehicle from them. Sam has spent many hours working with me on my car and through phone calls, emails and during his off duty time to get me the answers to my questions and set the car up exactly how I wanted it. Going above and beyond with customer satisfaction is what I look for specifically when dealing with any business. Both Sam and Manny have been very respectful to me and could not be more professional than they are every time they work with me. As a retired Air Force service member, these are a must. I have been dealing with dealerships for the past 15 years and I have never had an experience like I have when I work with these outstanding employees! I HIGHLY recommend Sam and Manny for your GM High Performance needs. More

I like this old store and the people are pretty friendly. I only ended up back here because all of the dealers by my house and especially the Nissan dealers just wanted to play games. It is actually the third car I have purchased here and didn't come here first because my old sales guy quit and told me that his boss (Terry H) was a total jerk and treated everyone there bad. My new sales guy I didn't list because when I shared this with him he agreed and said it is hard to work there. The old sales person had worked there for 6 years and said he felt forced to leave. So I considered buying a Nissan instead. Though I really like the way Chevy gives rebates and saves you money. Plus, I am used to it and overall happy with the deal and even the dealership. Plus, I had to use roadside service once and they took my car here and they fixed it really fast and were nice the whole time. More

My wife and I were looking for a Chevrolet Sonic for our 19 year old son.We had visited the sister store of this dealership (auto show mall location) and the salesman(Dan Schnake) was nice however wasn't av 19 year old son.We had visited the sister store of this dealership (auto show mall location) and the salesman(Dan Schnake) was nice however wasn't available this evening we showed up.The salesman who did try to help us at this point(Henry)came back with this insaine high payment that was almost $150.00 more than Dan had quoted us with a very large down. We left and the next day I received a call from Sarah that they could do a better deal at the Sahara location. My wife and son promptly left to go to the Sahara location. Then the nightmare started beyond anything we ever expected.They sat in some back office around an hour to an hour and a half with a salesman named Fritz. This person needs to be fired immediately-he has no customer service skills,possibly the top worst sales person we had encountered in our search for a car for our son. He came back with no numbers, no explanation of anything what so ever or why the very long wait and even tried to shove off some junky used Aveo on my son for the same down as the new car !!! What a first time experience for our son at this dealership. He will never forget how horribly he and his mother(my wife) were treated.We will never, ever step foot on a Fairway dealership property again. More
