This would be my 3rd lease from them & they are go Overall, I had a good experience when leasing another vehicle from the Fairfield Volkswagen dealer. This would be my 3rd lease from them & they are good to loyal customers. The negotiating process was stress free & the sales associates are very nice & polite. My only problem was when I first went in I got a new sales associate who made a few mistakes but the sales manager & the 2nd & more experienced sales associate fixed those mistakes. Still a little mad that I was told my car took regular fuel only to find out after purchasing the car it actually took premium fuel b/c it was turbocharged. They have offered to do the strike force interior protection service for free to make up for the misunderstanding, which I appreciate. I like that they acknowledged that a mistake was made & offered to fix it. More
