Recall work We had some recall work done on our 2012 CC for a clockspring cover to be installed and after the work was done we now have a HUGE scuff mark on the t We had some recall work done on our 2012 CC for a clockspring cover to be installed and after the work was done we now have a HUGE scuff mark on the top of the sterring wheel. NOT HAPPY. Even thought the work was done for free I was shocked at how much the shop charges per hour for work $110 per hour is just stupid. Our next car will not be a VW for sure. More
