He kept in frequent contact with me and was able to work within my budget so that I could get the car that I wanted. Everything went well until the end. When I went in to sign the final papers I found myself with a somewhat pushy closer who presented me with four rather costly warranty choices. I wondered how many people fell for his question, "which one do you want" rather than "do you want one of these." When I told him I didn't want any he immediately challenged me with "May I ask why not?" I told him it wasn't in my budget. He then put on the pressure by asking me if I wanted the coverage at a lower price. After the third time telling him none of them were in my budget he was noticeably miffed and then absolutely rushed through the final signing of the papers. Other than that, however, I would certainly recommend this dealership. Look for Ryan. More

Time flies, had my Beetle Bug ONE year!!!!! Went in for my first service. Was in and out in one hour as promised. Guy took good care of my VW getting it all taken care of. Runs like a new one!!
