They allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles, provided detailed specs, pricing on tires, regular maintenance, etc. They didn't make me feel pressured, or rushed in any way. They calmly helped guide me through the process. I noticed a missing door edge protector as I was about to leave the dealership with my car, and they insisted they have a service tech come to my place of employment to replace all the door edge protectors at no charge. On top of everything, they allowed me to drop off my rental car in their lot for pickup by the rental company. I accidentally left my garage door opener in it. Jonathan Petrey got it out of the car, and mailed it to me. The team at Fairfield Volkswagen made a stressful situation easier, and smoother, than buying a loaf of bread at a grocery store. More
