2016 VW Beetle I took my 2008 Beetle in for service and the news wasn't good! I didn't know how I would cover the cost of the repairs.I asked what my options were an I took my 2008 Beetle in for service and the news wasn't good! I didn't know how I would cover the cost of the repairs.I asked what my options were and that was when Ryan came to the rescue. He was able to find me a new 2016 manual shift Beetle at a very reasonable price. Ryan promotes a very professional demeanor and all expectations were meant. Went there for two consecutive leases and neither were happy experiences. Two years ago, after what I thought was a minor issue with some ice, I went to the dealer and was TOTALLY blown off. After a couple of months, I sought help from Fairfields VW and it turned out to be a MAJOR problem. The people I dealt with in the service dept. we're fabulous and my car got fixed.I decided to lease from Fairfield and for the most part I am thrilled. More
Unresponsive VW neglected to pay off my trade-in for 10 days and, when they did so, failed to pay the full amount (10 days of per diem). I received a notice from t VW neglected to pay off my trade-in for 10 days and, when they did so, failed to pay the full amount (10 days of per diem). I received a notice from the trade-in's creditor and had to pay the per diem myself. I alerted Fairfield's Lee Lipsky (sp?) of the issue and he said he would immediately update the business manager. Lipsky added that someone would call me back in "10 minutes." Six hours later I called Fairfield and was told that neither Lipsky or the business manager were available - could I leave a message? Enough/lesson learned. More
