Service and repair Battery light came on in my 2007 Jetta on the way into work. Called to see if I could bring my car in that day to have it looked at. Josh answered my call and talked with me about what might be the problem Josh looked and even got a loaner reserved for me to drive while service employees troubleshot and repaired my car. I do have an extended warranty on my vehicle and Josh contacted them and dealt with them so I didn't have too. During the inspection of my car, other issues were noticed and Josh informed me of those and quoted me the costs to repair everything and what my warranty would cover and what my cost would be. I have been dealing with Fairfield VW now for about 3 years and they have always been professional and courteous to me and have taken great care of my 10 year old Jetta. More

average this time but useless excellent I needed my battery replaced. The battery is under the drivers seat. They changed the battery and quoted me the price. The managed to save me money fr I needed my battery replaced. The battery is under the drivers seat. They changed the battery and quoted me the price. The managed to save me money from the original quote which was awesome. The only issue was they did not full reinstall the seat. It wasn't bolted all the way down and the plastic feet were not placed back on. The usually do above and beyond this time a few details we're missed. I will always go back here though I totally trust them with my vehicle. More
