Always professional and helpful I changed Volkswagen service centers for my TDI because they handle my routine maintenance so fast and have good appointment times. Heater Core Replacement Service Rep very knowlegable. Service Technician trouble shot the Heater core problem right away. Unhappy customer Josh Neeley was very helpful and friendly and tried his best to help me out with what I needed but I bought this car less then seven months ago and I' Josh Neeley was very helpful and friendly and tried his best to help me out with what I needed but I bought this car less then seven months ago and I'm having all these problems already when I bought this car Paul he talked me in to get the warranty he said it was bumper to bumper everything is covered its well worth it well he lied and I don't think it's right you tell your customers not the truth. If you help your customers they will come back and buy more cars. I spent my whole savings to buy the car and I trusted Paul that he was telling me the truth you guys might want to educate your saleman a little more so they don't keep on lying to people. I understand they want to make money but it's to right screwing people. I believe you guys need to make this right. I called there and all I needed a phone number to my warranty and I was told they wasn't allowed to talk to me that's not right either. I'm very unhappy with my services. Josh Neeley was a very nice guy and I wish him the best. More
Had oil change preformed. I recently had the oil changed in my VW Jetta. You staff was extremely professional and courteous. The car was returned after it had been washed. Wait Time too long I had to pay for service. I arrived at 5:15 p.m. and it took at least 45 minutes to process me out. The service area was significantly understaffed. I had to pay for service. At least four people were in line and he was the only one trying to service them. He did well to control his frustration with the process. I also purchased lug nuts because I didn't want a lug nut key anymore (can't find). Between paying for service already completed and purchase lug nuts with installation; I left your facility at 6:55 p.m. Again, it should not take that long! More

He scheduled my appointment, ordered the parts, came in early and had the car ready by 3:00. I had called and added some other things (new wiper blades and body work estimate) and he had those done too. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend the service center and Chad. More
