Would recommend this dealership over Kings even though they are owned by the same company (that also owns several different dealerships in the area). pleasant car purchase We came to Fairfield VW to test drive some cars to replace our Jetta TDI wagon that we are returning. Max greeted us and set us up to drive the 2 cars We came to Fairfield VW to test drive some cars to replace our Jetta TDI wagon that we are returning. Max greeted us and set us up to drive the 2 cars we were interested in. He was very pleasant and friendly and understood that we were not buying that day. I actually did not even think that was possible since I had not turned the TDI in yet. He listened to us and answered any questions. He was not pushy at all, but did explain that we could reserve or even possibly purchase the car to make sure we got the one we wanted. We ended up buying a car that day! He knew we had some time limitations and moved the process along as quickly as possible while still explaining everything as we went. He has followed up a few times since the sale over the weekend. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to friends. More

John Reszke on your sales department is a very helpful and conscience employee that has always been very helpful and courteous as I have felt with him while working through the selling back of two cars to Volkswagon and arranging for the purchase of the kind of new car that I wanted. We now have the car and are enjoying it a great deal. As far as your service department is concerned I can not say enough good things about Chad (sorry I can not remember his last names) but he always remembers my name and has never failed to have any problem that I have taken to him fixed and fixed in a short period of time. I realized that there are good people working with him on the service department but Chad is the person that has made sure that the work has been done quickly and properly.
