Excellet Service and Repair Work I took my 2005 Passat in to have Check Engine/CEL codes diagnosed. The mechanics did a good job diagnosing and repairing the issue. When I experienc I took my 2005 Passat in to have Check Engine/CEL codes diagnosed. The mechanics did a good job diagnosing and repairing the issue. When I experienced another fault the next day, I brought it back and they fixed that problem as well for no charge. Thanks. More

If I had a conversation with a VW owner about this service department, I would recommend Chad. This is the fourth time I have dealt with this service department and only one visit was smooth. That was my first oil change! My second visit was to replace two tires that I flattened while hitting a curb pulling into a parking lot. Unfortunately, they did not do, or recommend an alignment, so my fourth visit was to replace a tire that was wearing badly on one side - due to not having an alignment. This last visit would have been unnecessary and much cheaper had that been done when replacing the first two tires. I was told to "keep an eye on it". Well I did and it cost me $230. Chad said the notes in the file say it was recommended. I most certainly was not. I trust folks that know my car better and always follow their recommendation. More

FINDING A NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JOHN AND THE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM AT FAIRFIELD VW ON WHAT MY WIFE AND I THOUGHT WOULD BE A SIMPLE CAR PURCHASE. MY WIFE A I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JOHN AND THE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM AT FAIRFIELD VW ON WHAT MY WIFE AND I THOUGHT WOULD BE A SIMPLE CAR PURCHASE. MY WIFE AND I WANTED TO PURCHASE A BEETLE CONVERTIBLE SE IN ORANGE. WE THOUGHT THAT WE COULD JUST GO BUY ONE. ONCE WE STARTED OUR ADVENTURE WE SOON FOUND OUT THAT THERE WERE HARDLY ANY BEETLE CONVERTIBLES AVAILABLE, LET ALONE AN ORANGE SE. WE STOPPED BY OR CALLED ALL OF THE VW DEALERS IN THE CINCINNATI AREA AND NO ONE GAVE US REALLY AN HOPE OF BEING ABLE TO FINE ONE OR BEING ABLE TO MAKE A SWITCH WITH ANOTHER DEALER ANYWHERE. WE MEET WITH JOHN AT FAIRFIELD VW AND HE TOLD US TO LET THEM SEE WHAT THEY COULD COME UP WITH FOR US. IN A MATTER OF A COUPLE OF DAYS THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE A TRADE WITH ANOTHER DEALER OUT OF STATE. IT TOOK A FEW WEEKS TO GET IN AS IT WAS A TRADE DONE AT THE MANUFACTURING LEVEL AS NEITHER OF THE CARS WERE ON THE DEALERS LOTS. TRUST ME THE AS THE LOOK ON MY WIFE'S FACE WAS WORTH THE WAIT. More

Found out the car didn't have something that was advertised on it and Ron service Manager is taking care of putting it on. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this dealer. More
