Very good service for a critical repair Car was having a misfiring issue and had to drop it off that evening. By the morning Chad had called me to review what was planned to be performed and Car was having a misfiring issue and had to drop it off that evening. By the morning Chad had called me to review what was planned to be performed and to give me updates. Within the day, the car was already identified with the issue, what was observed, and recommendations to help prevent anything outside of the extended warranty from failing. Very informative and helpful, and the repair/service work was fairly quick in the end. And as of right now everything seems to be running smoothly! Would recommend for any VW owner to repair here. Still waiting on a callback I bought a bmw 535 xi on feb 3rd.. When i took it to my mechanic3 days later for an oil change, he told me that oil was leaking someplace. He wanted 1 I bought a bmw 535 xi on feb 3rd.. When i took it to my mechanic3 days later for an oil change, he told me that oil was leaking someplace. He wanted 175 to locate the leak. I called this dealership and explained my situation to the used car manager. They agreed to do the test for no expense to me, and said he would call me back to schedule. Even offered a loaner car. I'm still waiting on that call. Hopefully I will be able to give a nice review soon....2010 with 109 k miles no warranty More
