Expectations exceeded, again I'm the original owner of an'07 Rabbit. I had given up on FVW (Fairfield Volkswagen) service after my car was no longer in warranty and relied upon a I'm the original owner of an'07 Rabbit. I had given up on FVW (Fairfield Volkswagen) service after my car was no longer in warranty and relied upon a local service for the basics. But when I needed a new bulb in the tail light, I didn't trust them to change it out. The only option was to try FVW again. Things had changed. A newly hired service writer, Cory Knight, got the bulb change out done almost immediately. By his prompt handling of this need, and the way he represented FVW to me, I decided to entrusted my Rabbit's next and subsequent service needs to his service department. As a bonus, Cory works with me to set up convenient appointments and arranges for a much appreciated courtesy car. After the 120,000 performed by technician Joshua Dodd, my Rabbit runs better and it still gives me the driving satisfaction for which I bought it. FVW service has regained my confidence. More

Went above and beyond to correct a mistake We made an appointment from out of town to come up and test drive a used 2017 VW golf with barely any miles. When we came up the following day it had been discovered that the car that we had come to see had been sold the previous night. Knowing that we had driven 100 miles to see this car, they offered us a NEW 2017 Golf that had previously been a dealer test model. It was the next trim up with a thrown in extended warranty and was just $1000 more. They had made a horrible mistake originally but more than compensated for it. More
