Buyer beware - check all documents and listings first Purchased used 2017 Dodge Journey, After purchase discovered the vehicle was listed by dealer as having Back up Camera, Home link, back up assist. I Purchased used 2017 Dodge Journey, After purchase discovered the vehicle was listed by dealer as having Back up Camera, Home link, back up assist. I ask about back up camera cost before sale not knowing it was listed as original equipment, Was told $750.00 for aftermarket installation which I declined. The used car manager did not mention listing was wrong. Total cost of missing equipment was approximately $2000.00. I had back up assist installed on my own for $800.00. Dealership staff (General Manager, Used car manager and President) refuses to cover cost of parts ($600.00) for back up camera and Home Link. General Manger said not liable for listing since the pay someone to do them. His last comments was - they had typographical errors. Since I signed a WE OWE for zero I had nothing due and dealer is not obligated to make the situation right per General Manager. He did offer 300.00 as he stated a goodwill gesture for the missing $2000.00 in equipment. Declined as I thought $660 was fair. President for Kenwood Group refused to even reply to my letters. Bottom line is to check all of this dealers internet listings, window stickers to make sure you are getting everything listed before buying and sign contracts. Learned my lesson. More

Excellent customer service with bubble in tire side They tried working with tire manufacturer to get them to cover. Had no luck but at least they put in the leg work. Also didn’t have tire in stock but already had a courtesy car ready for us to use until the tire could be brought in and installed. Great communication from the very beginning all the way through to the end. More
