Amazing Experience! My Husband and I had an incredible experience at Fairfield Volkswagen on May 12, 2018, my husband had a great experience last year with Greg and Lando My Husband and I had an incredible experience at Fairfield Volkswagen on May 12, 2018, my husband had a great experience last year with Greg and Landon when he purchased a 2017 Jetta and we decided to get the 2018 Tiguan since we just had a baby. When we went to test drive the Tiguan couple of months ago I didn't test drive the Tiguan. However, when I went on a test drive with Greg the day we purchased the car and he was wonderful, he showed me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. We initially looked at a White Silver Metallic Demo that was at Kings Volkswagen but decided to go with a brand new Tiguan instead. The Demo didn't have a sun-roof and I was looking for one with a sun-roof, Landon found a Tiguan with a sun-roof that they just got in the day before and I fell in love with that car. I love the pure white color, panoramic sun-roof and the mocha/black two-tone interior and we decided to get that car. Greg was awesome as always, he made the whole process seamless. Landon and him worked hard to get us a great deal and we drove out happy with the car we wanted. Great Service, Let me review everything I needed to. I saw a local ad for the type of car I was looking for in the right price range and made a call to the Fairfield VW Dealership. Stopped in to review I saw a local ad for the type of car I was looking for in the right price range and made a call to the Fairfield VW Dealership. Stopped in to review the car, Young salesman was courteous, and quickly got the Key to the car for me to take a better look at the Automobile. We looked it over, he got what history he had on the car, including the CarFax. Once I looked it over we took it on a lengthy test drive of 12-15 miles and we returned to the lot, where I asked to review the underside of the car, Everything was as expected on a 96K mile car (couple of very minor seal leaks). I talked with Asst Used car manger and bought the car the next day. Good deal for everyone. One month later car is very good daily driver and economical to insure. Thank you to Fairfield VW More
