Excellent people start to finish I purchased my wife a used Dodge vehicle at this dealership as well as an extended warranty. As we were leaving the lot we noticed the Uconnect hands I purchased my wife a used Dodge vehicle at this dealership as well as an extended warranty. As we were leaving the lot we noticed the Uconnect hands-free module wasn't working. I assumed my warranty would cover this work but found out after taking it to a local dealership that the claim was rejected. Working with Ron Whaley we were able to get the repairs done at absolutely no cost to me, as well as getting reimbursed for the expense occurred at my local dealership to diagnose the hands-free module. We live about 3.5 hours away from the dealership in another state but felt as though we were treated like a local loyal customer. Not only was the service before and after the sale inspiring but the price was much better than any local dealership for a similar make/model. I recommend this dealership and their staff, especially Ron to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. More

Great experience with the Service Department/Stephanie I was 300 miles away from home when my car broke down. I called Fairfield Volkswagen Dealership for help. When I explained that I was from out of to I was 300 miles away from home when my car broke down. I called Fairfield Volkswagen Dealership for help. When I explained that I was from out of town and that my car broke down, they told me to come in with the car. I was so nervous. When I got there I met Stephanie Pippen. She is a very, very good person. I was not the easiest person to deal with because I was so nervous and I know I did not have a lot of money. She was patient, and understanding, kept me informed step by step. Then after I calmed down a little I remembered I had a warranty on repairs. It was fixed for me and it did not cost me a thing. Everyone should have a Stephanie come into their lives. I'm so glad God found favor with me and let me have this amazing experience with the Fairfield Volkswagen Service Department. Thanks More

While I did paperwork he helped my wife sync both our phones, went over the cars safety features and even helped install the car seat!!
