modern and good facilities and overall good experience I have purchased VW alltrack recently with VW Fairfield. Overall I am happy with price, sales contact , dealership facilities and purchase experience. If everything goes well with the car over the years I may consider to get next car with VW. I have one tip for everybody. If you order the car with VW (so they produce specific variant, color etc for you) you have to wait. It took 4 months to produce and deliver the car to dealership vs. initial 2 months promise. I was ready for this and planned everything and this was my choice to order specific variant and color etc. If you buy available car from the VW fairfield lot you are fine. Hope it helps. More

Outstanding Experience! The day prior to visiting Fairfield Volkswagen I made the mistake of going to another car lot to get a "good deal" for my daughter's first car. Well it turned out that the car was not as advertised and sleezy sales tactics drove my daughter and I away completed disgusted. We decided to try again the next day at Fairfield Volkswagen and the experience is what car buying should be. Greg Webb met us with a warm welcome and a smile; completely easing the disappointment from the day before. He was extremely patient while we made our decision, answered all our questions honestly, and made the whole visit great. It is by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. A few days later and without asking, he ordered a part we needed and let me know when it would be available. A level of customer service that is rarely seen today. I would also like to thank Joshua Cole for his ninja-like abilities in processing the financial paperwork. He clearly explained all our options without any high-pressure tactics and helped us in making the best decisions for our situation. We even got some cool hats 😊. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional (rude, spoke over us when we were trying to explain issues, loud) lack of knowledge, customer not put first. Stopped talking to me and Unprofessional (rude, spoke over us when we were trying to explain issues, loud) lack of knowledge, customer not put first. Stopped talking to me and went to help a customer that had been in earlier. Left me standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes unattended. Ask me what did I want him to do??????? I had to explain for about the 4-7 time my car had been towed here because the engine and epc light came on, car was shaking, slowing down and making a noise(I was on an expressway!!!!!!!!). Had to tell him again the car was undrivable. NO loaners available and the rental agency was closed. Had to find a way home without any assistance from them!!!!!.Was told if I didn't have an appointment it would probably be a week before they would even look at my car because Most of the mechanics were in Columbus for training and holiday was coming up. I could go ON and ON but I think you understand. Next day I contacted Stephanie Pippin she took over. More
