Great staff! I was getting my seat repaired and Liz was very helpful. I had a nice loaner car for my use which helped me out a great deal. Because I had prior issu I was getting my seat repaired and Liz was very helpful. I had a nice loaner car for my use which helped me out a great deal. Because I had prior issues with my seat and my car is not that old, the issue was escalated to Volkswagen Care and the dealership paid for 75% of the repair cost. I am a forever member of the Volkswagen family and will always go to Fairfield Volkswagen for purchases and service needs. More

Lesson learned for me, but who tests drives a car then checks the passenger seatbelts? More

Steve was easy to deal with and experience went well. The only issue I had was that when I looked at the car and checked the trunk there were 4 rubber floor mats in the trunk. When I went back to pick up car my daughter drove it home and I then noticed that there were only 2 small floor mats in the front and none in the back. I text Steve he states that the ma5s were not for that car they were for a golf. I feel that when I looked at the car it HAD a full set of mats and I should have GOTTEN a full set of mats. It was a little disappointing that what was with car when shown did not come with car upon picking up. Maybe they shouldn't put items in cars that they will later take away from the purchaser!! More

I am very happy with my purchase experience and the immediate service that was done after they found that the car needed new brake rotors and pads. However, it would’ve been nice had this been taken care of during their maintenance inspection of the car prior to being sold. Nevertheless, once I reported the problem they took care of it, along with doing a full wheel alignment and tire balancing. I found it easy to do business with Paul and Ron as well as the nice young lady at the service dept. The only thing I have to get back with them about is that I don’t think the front floor mats actually go to this car because they don’t snap into the floor area properly. More

I'd also like to point out that I visited a total of five (5) VW dealerships along the way. Fairfield was by far my favorite. They started with a reasonable price for my trade-in, did not hassle me to pay for extra warranties, and at no point did I feel pressured/uncomfortable. If you go there, ask for Scott Sargent. More

They didn't have the car equipped in color I wanted but they got one from another dealership without any signs of it being more work, etc. For a transaction to be successful needs to be beneficial for both parties and I feel that my purchase was fair and both sides benefited. Good team to work with, this is my 2nd new car purchase from this dealership and both times were good. This time was even more pleasant than the previous. Thanks Josh and Bob More
