Went car shopping this weekend to replace a Honda CRV and decided to stop in to VW Fairfield. We worked with Greg Webb who was wonderful throughout the entire process! Ended up leasing a 2019 Tiguan SE. My husband and I LOVE the new car! Would absolutely recommend a VW to anyone and this dealership! More

I was disappointed initially when I learned that a recall due on my vehicle would add about an hour to my time, so I set up my work laptop to kill some time. Not long after I settled in and got to some work of my own they were coming to tell me that my vehicle was ready! That's a great kind of problem to have! More

Because of the fact that there were to people before me and the entire sales pitch that the finance officer has to go over with you I had to wait over and hour and a half. I don't find this to be the fault of any individual but I think that this process could be a little more stream lined. More

Engine light on. The engine light on our 2019 Tiguan came on a little over 30 days after delivery. I was met by Liz Dietrich at my scheduled appointment. She listened The engine light on our 2019 Tiguan came on a little over 30 days after delivery. I was met by Liz Dietrich at my scheduled appointment. She listened to my description of the problem. Liz was very professional and explained everything that they would be doing with the hope that they could correct the problem. It turned out that the engine light "falsed tripped" and everything was fine. Liz explained everything and sent me on my way. More
