Great car, long day I LOVE the VW I bought here. My salesmen was adequately informed. We wanted the warranty that comes with a Certified vehicle but was told the one we I LOVE the VW I bought here. My salesmen was adequately informed. We wanted the warranty that comes with a Certified vehicle but was told the one we chose had too many miles. So they drove one from another dealer and we came back two days later. After the usual (and totally frivolous) "let me go talk to my manager" delays. They really are just wearing you out...it was four hours of this for us. The manager finally gets down to talking turkey and says "oh, THIS one is not certified" and it will cost another $1000. So, this vehicle, that just came back from Volkswagen USA (it is a TDI diesel buy-back) is not Certified even though that is why we left and came back two days later? The "Certification Inspection" took 10 minutes. What a crock! I told them to check a particular bank for best rates. He came back with VW financing at about 1% more than my bank. TOTALLY stereotypical "Car Salesman" garbage. I went straight home and took a shower. My son loved our car so much he went and bought one two days later...but he and my wife went to Kings VW and they said it was a much better experience--and about 2.5 hours quicker. More

Service appointment Came in for an oil change. Appointment was at 1130. Didn’t start until 1230. Was there way too long it should not take 3 hours. Also to find that my a Came in for an oil change. Also to find that my add blue area needs work due to lean which wasn’t there until after the first oil change I received hear. After that is fixed will be talking my golf elsewhere. More

I drove from 3 hours away to purchase my new vehicle, so Steve made sure most of my paperwork was ready to go for me so that I didn’t have to be at the dealership longer than necessary. There was no haggling or hassle, Steve got me the exact vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted it. David Parker (who went over my paperwork with me), also made the experience comfortable because he actually explained what I was signing and wasn’t pushy on selling extra products. They were both very helpful and professional and I am a very satisfied buyer :) More

Prompt service, fair price, great customer service. I've been multiple times for service and other minor things to be done on my vehicle. The title mostly speaks for itself.
