Average service The service I requested was completed, however some of the customer service that I had become accustomed were not offered or just overlooked. Usually service runs the car thru a quick wash before pickup, however this was not done with this particular service request. Which leads to believe that a actual vertical check was not done because my tire pressure indicator was on when I went to pick up my vehicle. If time was taken to wash the car before I arrived, this would have been noticed and air could have been added without me having to provide a less than stellar review. It's the simple things that keep customers returning. More

Service Representitives always very helpful and friendly! Check engine light was on in one of my Jetta's. Called the service department and Stephanie was able to get me an appointment for the next day to hav Check engine light was on in one of my Jetta's. Arrived and was greeted right away and my car was processed and the diagnostics performed very quickly. Service rep came out and explained very clearly and in terms that I could understand what was causing my check engine light to come on. Service rep went over all options and prices of the part/s that were needed to fix my car. My are was diagnosed, repaired and test driven all within a couple of hours. I have been bringing both of my cars to this dealer / service department for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience as they have always been up front and honest with me, never trying to up sell or over charge. More
