Bad day I was not satisfied that I sat there and was not offered from anyone to take me home.I was there for 4 hrs.and I was sitting in waiting area with anot I was not satisfied that I sat there and was not offered from anyone to take me home.I was there for 4 hrs.and I was sitting in waiting area with another person that was there MAYBE 30 min.and they came out and offered her a shuttle to give her a ride home thats how I found out you had a shuttle.Also the day before I had tires put on my car from someplace else because it was a lot cheaper and they wanted to rotate my tires.They were a day old I found that pretty weird,so I wasn't impressed.Thank You More

Excellent Service Department We dropped off our car for an oil leak rrpair. Nick Moore was our Service Consultant. Nick provived us with a Service loaner vehicle which helps ever We dropped off our car for an oil leak rrpair. Nick Moore was our Service Consultant. Our car was fixed the same day and Nick explained everything and topped it off by saying the repair was free due to a faulty part. We switched from Beachmont VW to Fairfield VW several years ago. Exemplary service! Brought my Beetle in for sever front end vibration. Turned out to be ice frozen on the passenger side front wheel. When I returned in the afternoon Brought my Beetle in for sever front end vibration. Turned out to be ice frozen on the passenger side front wheel. When I returned in the afternoon, found that sitting in the heated shop corrected the issue. Took a test ride and verified vibration was no longer an issue. left very happily with my car! More
